The compartments inside are even smarter now. One see-trough compartment was added, just as well as some more equipment loops where you can small necessary smalls like syringes etc. If the shoulder strap is in your way just take it off, it’s detachable. The parallel zippers allow quick access and there is a fixation for trauma scheres included.
