  Modular Chest Rig with 4-Magazine Panel and Optional Plate Integration

  The TT Modular Chest Rig 4xM4 was developed as a versatile front-carrying platform that can flexibly function as a lightweight chest rig, as the front module of a plate carrier, or as the front section of a combined rig-and-pack system. Thanks to its modular architecture, it replaces several previously separate load-carrying components and enables a consistent, mission-oriented setup.

  Four permanently integrated magazine pouches

  The front features four fixed, sewn-in magazine pouches, compatible with M4, AR15, G36, PMAG and STG magazines. The removable 3D polymer Mag Pull Tabs support quick drawing and re-indexing. Two flat zippered pouches at the outer positions offer additional protected space for small tools or medical accessories.

  SAPI-capable, height-adjustable front flap

  The removable, height-adjustable front flap accommodates standard SAPI plates in size M (30 × 25 cm). This allows the rig to switch within seconds between a lightweight mobile profile, a reinforced front panel, or a plate-capable load-bearing system—without relocating magazines, pouches or cabling.

  Thanks to the fully hook-and-loop covered rear surface, the panel can dock seamlessly onto compatible plate carriers.

  Optimized for use with the TT Modular Chest Rig Pack

  The system is engineered to directly connect with the TT Modular Chest Rig Pack. Combined, both components form a complete carrying system that integrates front magazine capacity, backpack volume, and plate insertion at both front and rear within a single unified setup.

  Compared to conventional setups made from separate rigs, plate carriers and back panels, this system yields less strap overlap, better mobility and significantly faster reconfiguration.

  Adjustability & ergonomic design

  The rig includes a removable, length-adjustable harness strap and padded shoulder pads that can be finely adjusted using hook-and-loop. The slotted shoulder straps enable tight weapon handling and are specifically optimized for CQB requirements. The main buckles can be exchanged for alternative closure systems such as G-Hooks.
