    Replacement panel for OTP operations

In order to offer functional equipment for amphibious operations, Tasmanian Tiger has developed gear for exactly such cases in its new "Anfibia" series: Gear whose material does not become soaked and which guarantees rapid drainage of water just seconds after a landing. The mountable TT Carrier Mag Panel Anfibia is in this series and is a 24 x 18.5 x 2.5 cm magazine panel for the plate carrier.

Mounting on panel carrier or backpack

It fits all magazines of the type M4, G36 PMAG, Sig, AR15, Steyr AUG, Sig 55X and similar models. The Carrier Mag Panel can be attached to the plate carrier via a hook-and-loop surface, or mounted with removable M.O.L.L.E latches and hook-and-loop fasteners.

The replacement panel is designed for the TT Plate Carrier QR SK Anfibia MK II, which is also amphibious. However, it can of course also be fitted to the TT Plate Carrier MK IV and TT Plate Carrier LC. The magazine panel can also be combined with backpacks and attached to the front of the TT Survival Pack, for example. It can also be used with backpacks such as the TT Modular Gunners Pack.

    Seawater resistance and skeletonisation

For special seawater resistance and weight saving during landings, Tasmanian Tiger relies on a combination of material and functional surface usage: The Carrier Mag Panel is made of TPU Cordura 700 den, which is seawater and therefore saltwater resistant. The skeletonisation of the surface ensures that any water that enters the bag drains off quickly and that the material is not getting soaked and weighed-down by the material volume.

As a side effect, the skeletonisation can also serve the M.O.L.L.E attachment of optional magazine pouches. The magazines can be fixed in the bag on both sides via the bungee cord.
