Description
Rugged and Versatile Battle Belt Set with IRR Properties
The TT Battle Belt Set combines an innovative mix of Tegris and Cordura 500 den IRR, making it both exceptionally lightweight at only 325 g and well-suited for demanding operations.
IRR Properties for Maximum Stealth
The materials used in the belt, including Cordura, webbing, hook-and-loop, and buckles, meet the strict specifications of the German Armed Forces (TL 8305-0278 and TL 8305-0281). These ensure outstanding infrared reduction (IRR), minimizing reflections in the spectral range of 650–1250 nm to just 10–42%. This provides crucial advantages during night vision operations and under infrared-sensitive observation.
Premium Materials: Tegris and Cordura
At the heart of the TT Battle Belt Set is Tegris, a cutting-edge 12-layer thermoplastic composite material. Known for its exceptional strength, flexibility, and low weight, Tegris is ideal for tactical applications. Complementing this is Cordura 500 den IRR, which is dirt- and water-repellent, ensuring durability even in challenging conditions.
Modular M.O.L.L.E System for Maximum Customization
The laser-cut M.O.L.L.E system integrated into the Tegris belt, made from Cordura 500 den IRR, offers versatile options for securely attaching pouches, holsters, and other gear. Its modular design allows the belt to be tailored to the specific requirements of various missions. Even under heavy loads, gear remains firmly in place, ensuring stability and reliability.
Ergonomic Design for Superior Comfort
The TT Battle Belt is contoured to follow the natural shape of the hips, ensuring an ergonomic fit and optimal comfort. A removable utility loop adds versatility by providing additional attachment options for equipment. The Tegris belt can be trimmed with a cutter for a precise fit tailored to the wearer’s body, without compromising stability or durability.
Additional Stability with the Inner Belt
The set includes a hook-and-loop-secured inner belt, which keeps the Battle Belt securely in place. This combination prevents shifting and ensures a stable fit even during intense movements or dynamic operations. The inner belt not only enhances stability but also significantly increases overall comfort.
Sizes and Dimensions
The TT Battle Belt Set is available in two sizes and can be individually adjusted:
Size S/M:- Length with inner belt and at least one overlapping segment: approx. 105 cm
- Maximum length without overlap, with inner belt: approx. 118 cm
Size L/XL:- Length with inner belt and at least one overlapping segment: approx. 115 cm

TT x Tegris
Starting in the 2025 season, Tasmanian Tiger is expanding its material range to include Tegris, setting new standards in safety, reliability, and functionality for the tactical gear in its new collection.
Tegris is a polypropylene composite distinguished by its exceptional stiffness, durability, and impact resistance—all while maintaining a low weight. Additionally, it is resistant to moisture, chemicals, and weather conditions. The material is produced through a specialized process where thermoplastic fibers are formed into sheets or woven structures. The result is an extremely tough and versatile material that performs impressively under high stress while retaining its shape and integrity.
The combination of low density, high load-bearing capacity, and versatile processing options makes Tegris a preferred material in many high-performance applications. It significantly reduces overall weight while offering superior protection against mechanical forces like impacts, shocks, and abrasion. In tactical and outdoor gear, Tegris excels in enhancing protection, stability, and durability without adding unnecessary weight.
Tasmanian Tiger utilizes Tegris in vests, belts, pouches, and other tactical components. Its use in M.O.L.L.E. systems and load-bearing equipment ensures a robust yet lightweight structure that meets the demands of even the most challenging missions. -
