Lightweight Duty Belt for Maximum Stability

The TT Basic Battle Belt combines stability and flexibility in a lightweight Tegris design tailored specifically for tactical applications. Its anatomically pre-shaped construction adapts perfectly to the angle of the hips, ensuring exceptional comfort. Adjustable length and three available sizes allow for precise customization to meet individual needs.

High-Quality Materials Built to Bundeswehr Specifications

The belt is made from Tegris, a high-strength thermoplastic material processed in 12 layers to ensure maximum durability at minimal weight. Complementing this is Cordura 700 den, a fabric renowned for its tear resistance and abrasion durability. All materials used, including webbing, hook-and-loop, and buckles, meet the Bundeswehr specifications TL 8305-0278 and TL 8305-0281. These strict standards guarantee excellent IRR camouflage performance within the spectral range of 650–1250 nm, with a reflectivity of just 10–42%.

    Custom Fit and Secure Fastening

The belt is equipped with a 25 mm Cobra buckle by AustriAlpin, ensuring reliable fastening and effortless operation. Known for its exceptional strength and durability, the buckle offers secure performance even under heavy stress. Combined with adjustable length, the belt guarantees a precise, tailored fit.

Lasercut M.O.L.L.E. System for Maximum Functionality

Featuring an integrated Lasercut M.O.L.L.E. System, the TT Basic Battle Belt provides versatile options for attaching gear. The number of M.O.L.L.E. segments varies by size:

    Size S: 18 segments
    Size M: 20 segments
    Size L: 22 segments

Additionally, six straight M.O.L.L.E. elements at the rear enhance stability and simplify the attachment of pouches and accessories.

    Mission-Ready and Highly Flexible

The belt is designed for use under a hook-and-loop inner belt, allowing for adaptability across various operational scenarios. However, it comes standard with covered hook-and-loop, making it ready for immediate, alone-standing deployment as well.

    Size Overview and Weight

The duty belt is available in three sizes, each adjustable for a precise fit:

    Size S: 95–105 cm, 150 g
    Size M: 100–115 cm, 155 g
    Size L: 105–120 cm, 165 g

    TT x Tegris

Starting in the 2025 season, Tasmanian Tiger is expanding its material range to include Tegris, setting new standards in safety, reliability, and functionality for the tactical gear in its new collection.

Tegris is a polypropylene composite distinguished by its exceptional stiffness, durability, and impact resistance—all while maintaining a low weight. Additionally, it is resistant to moisture, chemicals, and weather conditions. The material is produced through a specialized process where thermoplastic fibers are formed into sheets or woven structures. The result is an extremely tough and versatile material that performs impressively under high stress while retaining its shape and integrity.

The combination of low density, high load-bearing capacity, and versatile processing options makes Tegris a preferred material in many high-performance applications. It significantly reduces overall weight while offering superior protection against mechanical forces like impacts, shocks, and abrasion. In tactical and outdoor gear, Tegris excels in enhancing protection, stability, and durability without adding unnecessary weight.

Tasmanian Tiger utilizes Tegris in vests, belts, pouches, and other tactical components. Its use in M.O.L.L.E. systems and load-bearing equipment ensures a robust yet lightweight structure that meets the demands of even the most challenging missions.
