The belt is made from Tegris, an ultra-strong thermoplastic material processed in 12 layers. This construction delivers exceptional durability while maintaining a lightweight profile. The design is reinforced with Cordura 700 den, known for its resilience and abrasion resistance. This material combination provides maximum durability, making the belt ideal for demanding operations.
Premium Cobra Buckle for Secure Fastening
Equipped with a 25 mm Cobra buckle by AustriAlpin, the belt ensures secure fastening and ease of use. The buckle is renowned for its stability and longevity, offering reliable safety even under heavy use. Combined with adjustable length, the belt guarantees a precise fit at all times.
Versatility with Lasercut M.O.L.L.E. System
The integrated Lasercut M.O.L.L.E. System allows for the attachment of various gear along the belt. The number of M.O.L.L.E. segments depends on the selected size:

Starting in the 2025 season, Tasmanian Tiger is expanding its material range to include Tegris, setting new standards in safety, reliability, and functionality for the tactical gear in its new collection.
Tegris is a polypropylene composite distinguished by its exceptional stiffness, durability, and impact resistance—all while maintaining a low weight. Additionally, it is resistant to moisture, chemicals, and weather conditions. The material is produced through a specialized process where thermoplastic fibers are formed into sheets or woven structures.
