  The Tasmanian Tiger Tourniquet Pouch II in coyote brown is a closed pouch for 1 CAT-tourniquet or similar. Because of the embroidered cross an "TQ" it's designed to be easily visible and attachable with MOLLE-system on vests and backpacks. For quick access is there a flap with Velcro fastener.
