  Robust trouser belt with the legendary Cobra Buckle

  The belt features a Cobra-Buckle 7075, a CNC-machined safety buckle with an impressive breaking load of 18KN in the ring. The buckle has been designed to make one-sided opening impossible - both buckle actuators must be operated simultaneously. This ensures safe and reliable use. The buckle can only be opened when unloaded, which prevents accidental opening under load.

  The webbing is made of Class 7a safety webbing, manufactured in accordance with MIL-W-4088 and has an impressive breaking load of 2700 kg. The webbing is double layered and resin treated for an optimal balance between strength and comfort. For added stability and durability, high-strength special yarn was used, which was manufactured in Germany. This guarantees high quality and durability of the belt.

  The belt's extra length is fixed by hook-and-loop and is cut at an angle for better handling. This allows the belt to be easily and conveniently adjusted to the individual size.

  This special item includes belts with a width of 45 mm and small fasteners. The belt thus offers an optimal combination of safety, comfort and functionality for everyday use.

  Important size note

  To obtain the correct waist measurement / belt length, proceed as follows:
  
  

  • Wearing trousers that are usually used in duty or everyday life with the belt.
  • There must NOT be a belt looped into the trousers
  • Pull the measuring tape through the flaps of the trousers
  • Read the waist measurement
  • The waistband measurement determined in this way applies to a belt worn inside the trousers. If the belt is to be used over clothing or in a battlebelt, for example, the tape measure must be placed over the clothing or through the battlebelt to determine the size.
  • If a system of upper and lower belt is to be used, the lower belt must be ordered in the correct size, the upper belt in this case must be purchased one size (5cm) larger to compensate for the circumference difference of the lower belt.
