Description
Tactical Mission Backpack
Anyone carrying a substantial amount of equipment on reconnaissance missions or sniper operations needs a backpack with plenty of storage space and a well-designed carrying system. The Eberlestock Operator Pack V6 was developed with exactly these requirements in mind. With a generous 97.5-liter capacity and a sturdy construction, it provides ample room for the extensive gear required during tactical operations.
Integrated Rifle Scabbard
The integrated rifle scabbard and the included rifle butt cover are among the distinctive features of the Operator Pack V6. The scabbard allows a long gun to be carried directly on the backpack without the need for a separate rifle case. When not in use, it can be tucked into the lower section of the pack. This means the scabbard remains permanently attached to the backpack without always extending below it at full length.
Modular MultiLid Top Lid
The removable MultiLid top lid does more than simply close the backpack. It can be detached in just a few steps and worn separately as a waist pack. This makes it easy to carry smaller essentials that need to remain readily accessible without taking the entire backpack along.
Main Compartment
The Operator offers several options when it comes to packing and organizing equipment. The main compartment can be accessed from both the top and the front, which is particularly convenient when the backpack is fully loaded. Two storage sections can be used independently or combined to create one continuous compartment. An internal drawstring divider allows the available space in the upper and lower sections to be adjusted as needed. This means equipment does not have to be stored together in one large compartment. Smaller items can be organized in elastic organizer pockets. A compression mesh pocket is designed to accommodate a radio or hydration system. These dedicated storage options keep such equipment separate from the rest of the load and make it easier to locate when needed.
Side Saddlebags
The backpack features two side saddlebags that provide additional storage space. They can be partially detached from the main body of the pack, revealing attachment panels with a total of two columns of MOLLE webbing for mounting compatible accessories. The space between the saddlebags and the main pack can also be used to carry longer equipment, such as a tripod or similarly shaped items. Each saddlebag has its own compression strap, allowing its contents to be secured independently. Beneath the side pockets are additional routing points for two horizontal straps. These can be routed across the main compartment without being obstructed by fully loaded saddlebags.
Adjustable Pack Profile
Additional compression straps allow the backpack to be adjusted to the amount of equipment being carried, securing the load closer to the main body of the pack. Together with the side attachment options, they create a flexible system that works well whether the backpack is lightly packed or fully loaded.
Rain Cover Included
When weather conditions change, the backpack's integrated, stowable rain cover is ready for use. It comes included with the pack, so there is no need to purchase one separately. When rain starts, the cover can simply be taken out and pulled over the backpack to protect it from precipitation.
Intex II Aluminum Frame and Padded Carrying System
The Intex II aluminum frame provides the Operator Pack V6 with its structural stability. It supports heavy loads and gives the large backpack a solid, load-bearing structure. If required, the frame can be replaced with other compatible tubular frames from the Eberlestock system. Padded shoulder straps and a hip belt help distribute the weight across the body. Quick-release buckles on the shoulder straps allow the backpack to be removed quickly, even when wearing a plate carrier. For carrying equipment over longer distances, the combination of the frame, padded shoulder straps, and hip belt is particularly important. Side carry handles also make it easier to lift or reposition the backpack, for example when loading or unloading equipment.
