  The Carinthia TLG 2.0 Jacket is the consistent evolution of a proven hybrid concept designed for active use during transitional seasons. The combination of an intelligent ISO Mapping construction with different G-LOFT insulation zones and elastic stretch panels provides an optimal balance of thermal performance, breathability, and freedom of movement. This makes the jacket an ideal choice for hunting, trekking, bushcraft, mountain sports, and professional outdoor applications involving high levels of physical activity.

  With a weight of only 377 g (size M), the TLG 2.0 Jacket delivers impressive thermal performance while maintaining an exceptionally low weight. The revised fit of the second-generation design further improves comfort and ensures a more precise fit under equipment and load-bearing systems.

  Materials and Construction

  The durable outer fabric made from 100% polyamide combines excellent abrasion resistance with low weight. This robust material reliably protects the insulation and is well suited for regular use in demanding outdoor and operational environments.

  The lining is also made from 100% polyamide, contributing to long-term durability while maintaining a high level of comfort. The carefully selected materials ensure reliable performance even during intensive use.

  ISO Mapping Technology for Optimized Heat Distribution

  The core of the TLG 2.0 Jacket is its zoned ISO Mapping construction. Different insulation materials are strategically placed in specific body areas to optimize thermal performance and breathability.

  Areas requiring increased insulation utilize 40 g/m² G-LOFT STi (Stable Insulation). This highly resilient insulation ensures reliable heat retention. It is complemented by 30 g/m² G-LOFT Ci (Compact Insulation), which provides excellent thermal efficiency with minimal bulk. The result is an exceptional warmth-to-weight ratio.

  Maximum Freedom of Movement with Techno Stretch

  Generous Techno Stretch panels in the torso and forearm areas ensure unrestricted mobility. The elastic material, consisting of 92% polyester and 8% elastane, adapts naturally to body movement and prevents restrictions during physically demanding activities.

  The newly developed, close-fitting cut of the 2.0 generation further improves ergonomics and provides a precise fit. As a result, the jacket remains comfortable even when worn under backpacks, load-bearing equipment, or additional clothing layers.

  Active Ventilation for a Balanced Body Climate

  Integrated mesh inserts under the arms provide effective airflow and support active ventilation during periods of high exertion. Excess heat and moisture can be efficiently dissipated.

  Enhancements of the 2.0 Generation

  In addition, the redesigned zippers provide increased reliability during daily use. The new simplified hem construction without a drawcord reduces pressure points and bulk, especially when wearing hip belts or additional equipment.

  The proven hood with reinforced visor provides reliable protection against wind and light weather exposure. Elastic drawcords allow quick and individual adjustment to changing conditions.

  Thoughtful Pocket Configuration

  Two large zippered side pockets provide ample storage space for gloves, headwear, and frequently used equipment. The pockets remain easily accessible even during active movement.

  The design is complemented by two internal mesh pockets and a Napoleon pocket. These allow secure, body-close storage of documents, communication devices, and other essential equipment.
