Tactical wind jacket for concealed use
With the G-Loft Tactical Anorak, Carinthia expands its extensive range with an extremely functional and robust wind jacket with the option of concealed carry in all weather conditions.
The combination of innovative design, warming and durable material as well as well thought-out features allows the G-Loft Tactical Anorak to be worn with a plate carrier or an organiser chest pouch. And without them showing.Protected in all weather conditions
Once put on like a pullover, the Tactical Anorak is deliberately cut a little wider. This ensures that a plate carrier or breast pouch worn underneath have enough room and stay concealed. For excellent performance in wind and weather, the collar has a wind flap and is lined with soft fleece on the inside. In addition, the front zip is equipped with a wind flap and chin guard. Only YKK zippers are used in the G-Loft Tactical Anorak.
The large hood is lined and adjustable with elastic drawstrings at the sides of the collar and at the back of the hood. This means that the peripheral vision is not restricted even in the most adverse conditions. Pre-shaped elbows, as well as integrated pulse warmers promote pleasant wearing comfort. A hook-and-loop adjustment regulates the width of the cuffs.Innovative large flap
The unbeatable main feature of the G-Loft Tactical Anorak is the large front flap for quick access to the plate carrier worn underneath or the breast pocket. It has a built-in pocket, closable with a zipper and magnetic flap. There is room here for a smartphone or a slim power bank. The large front flap opens towards the bottom using the large zip in the middle.
Thus, the two two-way zips open in parallel and the flap folds completely forwards, allowing the user to access their equipment on the plate carrier, chestrig or breast pocket unhindered. The flap can be attached to the lower waistband of the jacket via a sewn-in magnet, so it does not bother the user. Closing the front flap is done in seconds by simply pulling the puller back up. Both zippers then meet again at the upper end.Access to service weapon
The two-way zips on each side have three functions. On the one hand, they make it easier to put on the anorak when it is open. On the other hand, with the help of the additional magnetic fasteners, they allow ventilation of the jacket as well as access to the service weapon. The waistband of the anorak can be adjusted by means of a drawstring at the lower, rear end. The generous hook-and-loop areas on the upper arms, typical for Carinthia, offer sufficient space for ID patches.
Breathable outer shell
The Ripstop/Cordura fabric has a slight stretch, giving the anorak outstanding freedom of movement. Lined with 60 grams of G-Loft in the torso and 40 grams in the arms, the Tacical Anorak is suitable for temperatures around 5 degrees. The PU membrane from Schöller is breathable and water-repellent. Water simply rolls off the warming and protective outer layer.
