The Arc'teryx PRO Micon LiTRIC 42 is a revolutionary avalanche airbag backpack with multiple deployments, combining reliable safety with generous storage, quick access, and optimal comfort. The innovative dual-wall airbag technology ensures safe deployments, high safety standards, and an easy repack – all at minimal weight. The advanced LiTRIC electronic system with ultracapacitors and USB charging capability allows multiple airbag deployments on a single charge, which is especially beneficial for training purposes to ensure routine operation in case of an emergency. Design & Construction
The Micon LiTRIC 42 features a reflective white interior, making it much easier to spot the contents. Equipped with the patented dual-wall LiTRIC airbag technology, the backpack offers not only a lightweight and reliable system but also easy repacking. Another highlight is the patented airbag closure system, which minimizes the risk of accidental deployment. The glove-friendly trigger, which can be mounted on either the left or right side, is designed for one-handed operation. It clearly indicates when the airbag is ready to deploy and can be securely locked in the "off" position when not in use.
The LiTRIC electronic system is powered by a USB rechargeable lithium-ion battery and ultracapacitors, allowing multiple deployments on a single charge. The highly abrasion-resistant N210r HT Nylon 6,6 LCP backpack fabric ensures durability with minimal weight. In areas exposed to snow and moisture, the ultra-durable, waterproof N400r-AC² Nylon 6 ripstop material is used. Additionally, skis can be attached diagonally and snowboards vertically to the backpack, providing flexible and secure storage.
Ergonomic Fit & Safety
For maximum comfort, the adjustable and removable chest strap works in combination with the laminated shoulder straps and ergonomic waist belt. The lightweight, three-layer back panel with aluminum support ensures stability, while an integrated safety whistle is readily available in case of emergency.
Practical Organization
The backpack's organization is well thought out: The white, reflective interior improves visibility of the contents. The generous LiTRIC top compartment with a practical key holder offers space for essential small items like goggles. The avalanche equipment compartment is accessible through both the main compartment and the WaterTight side zipper. For additional storage, there are elastic mesh pockets on the waist belt.
Thanks to the flexible attachment options, skis can be attached diagonally and snowboards vertically. A removable helmet holder and Ice Clipper attachments provide further options for secure storage. The innovative, one-handed clip system for the leg loop also ensures easy handling.

Further Information
Please note that the battery must be fully charged (24 hours) before first use to ensure proper functioning of the Micon LiTRIC avalanche airbag system. A green light will indicate the system is ready for use.
The WaterTight zippers are highly water-repellent but not completely waterproof, so sensitive items should be stored in additional protective packaging.For safety reasons, the Micon LiTRIC avalanche backpack can only be returned in an unused, completely new condition. Any system that has been deployed or used is not eligible for return!
