  Two-Part Battle Belt System

  The Agilite Gear Magnetix Battle Belt was developed to completely eliminate the common issues of battle belts and to create a top-of-the-line gun belt system. With this optimized model, the Israeli gear specialists have achieved just that: a versatile, upgradeable modular belt that, combined with a form-stable inner belt, offers a powerful setup and gives users a crucial advantage in the field.
  

  Magnetic Alignment System

  In standard two-part belt systems with hook-and-loop closures, aligning the outer belt properly can become an annoying task, especially under time pressure. To make it quick and easy to don the belt at any time, the Magnetix Belt is equipped with two magnetic connections at the back, which automatically align the belt. This accurate alignment allows the hook-and-loop closures to match perfectly and prevents shirts from getting caught on hook surfaces. Additionally, holsters, magazine pouches, and other gear always stay in the exact same position.
  

  Proven Materials for Maximum Performance

  Mil-Spec Tactical Nylon

  Constructed with 1000D Cordura and laser-cut Squadron laminate, this belt offers remarkable abrasion resistance, withstanding prolonged use in dirty and sandy environments. The strategic combination of materials strikes a balance between weight savings and durability.
  

  Tubular Nylon

  This renowned tubular webbing is known for high tensile strength and optimal compatibility with the 25mm Cobra buckle. The Magnetix Battle Belt is also available upon request as a certified special version.
  

  25mm D-Ring Cobra

  The revolutionary safety buckle from Austrian company AustriAlpin is internationally renowned for reliability and robustness. The aluminum buckle body is also used on certified harnesses, is highly resistant to damage, and keeps the belt securely closed. Equipped with a stainless-steel D-ring, lanyards can be clipped in directly.
  

  CURV Composite Material

  With its characteristic textured look, CURV is a self-reinforced thermoplastic composite made of tightly woven polymer fibers. It features high impact resistance, lightweight, and lasting stiffness. For both belts, CURV reinforcement prevents sagging or deformation, ensuring a perfect fit while maintaining structural integrity.
  

  Mounting Options Up to the Buckle

  On conventional war belts, adjustment areas and separately sewn D-rings often take up valuable space. However, the innovative construction of the Magnetix Battle Belt allows continuous MOLLE pouch mounting up to the buckle, regardless of the belt’s adjusted size.
  

  Form and Comfort

  For uncompromising stability, the reinforcement extends behind the buckle and is inserted into the opposite side. This design prevents the belt from sagging under the weight of heavy gear and distributes the load evenly.
  

  Reliable Inner Belt

  The simpler belt of the magnetic duo is designed not only as an inner belt but also as a standalone trouser belt, ideal for concealed carry of sidearms thanks to its continuous reinforcement. The smart combination of materials allows it to adapt to the body shape over time.
  

  Certification Options

  For high-risk operations that require fall protection, the belt must be used in a certified variant. Since the Magnetix Battle Belt is made of high-strength materials, it can be offered with certification upon request.
