Mobile Shooting Mat for Precision Operations
The Backblast Shooting Mat is designed for shooters requiring maximum stability, comfort and mobility – whether at the shooting range, in the field, or during operations. At just about 1,520 g, it can be carried easily with the shoulder strap or handle – even across long distances. Foam padding and non‑slip inserts under the elbows and knees help keep the user fatigue‑free during extended sessions. A large hook‑and‑loop panel allows mounting of ammunition pouches, ballistic charts or other gear. The mat can be anchored with stakes and features a dedicated lanyard loop for bipod‑supported weapons.
High‑Performance Cordura for Demanding Use
The outer material is Cordura (100% nylon) with a fabric weight of approx. 263 g/m² – a highly durable textile offering excellent tear, cut and abrasion resistance. Non‑slip zones at contact points under elbows and knees provide secure traction even on slick surfaces. The combination of tough shell, insulation and reinforced structure makes this mat a reliable foundation for precision shooting in challenging scenarios.
Field‑Tested Features for Tactical Application
With dimensions of approx. 150 × 88 cm (59 × 34.6 in) when unrolled, and about 18 × 18 × 33 cm (7 × 7 × 13 in) when rolled, this mat offers excellent portability. An integrated anchoring system allows secure stake‑down in uneven terrain – perfect for outdoor ranges. Additionally, the VIS‑compatible insert system lets you attach organizer modules, pouches or ballistic kits using the hook‑and‑loop panel for modular expansion.
