Proven combat shirt with extensive updates
As a classic within the LEAF series, the Assault Shirt AR Gen 2 combines proven features with a range of updates. The design has been aligned with the current SV and LT models. At the collar, a low-profile ¼ zipper replaces the previously used button-and-hook-and-loop combination, while the sleeve cuffs can now be adjusted even more individually using hook-and-loop closures.Optimised for use with plate carriers
The LEAF Assault Shirt AR Gen 2 is a thoroughly refined tactical combat shirt designed in every aspect for wear beneath body armour. Its streamlined design and tailored fit minimise bunching and pressure points. Durable, breathable no melt / no drip material ensures effective ventilation and maximum protection. The removal of the outdated hook-and-loop adjustment system at the collar and cuffs enables faster temperature regulation and improved individual adjustment for the wearer.
Strategically positioned upper arm pockets with large hook-and-loop panels and V-Lite attachment points remain easily accessible even when wearing a plate carrier. In Gen 2, the zipper covers have been removed and replaced with zipper garages to prevent accidental opening. The Assault Shirt AR is supplied with removable elbow pads. The combination of high-quality materials and precise workmanship ensures long service life.
