  The only thing better than a tactical longsleeve for wearing under body armour is a waterproof shirt for use with plate carriers, and that's why 5.11 Tactical has worked on exactly that for you: The 5.11 W/P Rapid OPS Shirt is a high performance long sleeve shirt that convinces with its new material properties.
  
  

  Moisture control and unrestricted mobility

  
  The Rapid OPS Shirt has all the features that make tactical use a walk in the park: It is put on over the head and the collar can be closed to a stand-up collar thanks to the ¼ zip. This leaves enough room to ventilate. And speaking of air, laser-cut openings under the arms support good moisture regulation. The elbows, as points of greater stress, are reinforced and also have gussets. The sides have gussets as well, so that there are no limits to freedom of movement. The zipped pockets on the upper arms are set in and thus save on material. All zips are sealed, by the way, so that no moisture can get in. As we said, the W/P Rapid OPS shirt is all about waterproofing!
  
  

  Waterproof and breathable

  
  The 100% polyester with Enduro-Flex™ components in the 4-way stretch is equipped with properties that have been classified as "8K waterproof and 5K breathable". This means that the shirt can withstand anything from drizzle to downpour without getting soaked. Breathability is not compromised though, the longsleeve shirt continues to absorb moisture, keeping the skin dry and the body cool. The 4-way stretch is of course still responsible for unrestricted mobility.
  
  For tactical purposes, there is of course a fleece area on the upper arm for your ID or Morale patches. For tactical missions where the weather is unpredictable!
