  Minimal Build, Maximum Stability

  The TERRA B Skeleton Belt Set is a modular belt platform for professional use — designed to carry tactical equipment securely, covertly, and close to the body. The system consists of two perfectly matched components: the Skeleton Belt as a stable outer platform and the Inner Belt Gen 2 as a comfortable inner base. Together, they provide a reliable connection and quick readiness — for covert and overt carry scenarios.

  How the system works

  The Inner Belt Gen 2 is threaded directly through the belt loops of the pants and serves as a stable base. The outer side of the Inner Belt is equipped with a loop surface. The Skeleton Belt is attached to it — the hook surface on the inside of the Skeleton Belt locks onto the Inner Belt and securely fixes the entire platform to the body. This allows the user to put on or take off the duty belt with one move, without detaching the Inner Belt.

  Skeleton Belt — modular outer platform with Curv structure

  The Skeleton Belt forms the load-bearing structure for pouches, holsters, and gear. Its core material is Curv — an extremely impact-resistant, thermoplastic composite with high dimensional stability and low weight. Curv remains shatterproof even in cold conditions and is significantly slimmer than traditional webbing constructions. An additional layer of laser-cut Cordura 500 denier laminate protects the surface against abrasion and gives the belt its distinctive, reduced silhouette. Open laser-cut M.O.L.L.E slots allow pouches to be mounted at variable heights — without affecting the inner hook-and-loop area. This keeps the attachment to the Inner Belt stable at all times, regardless of how many pouches are mounted.

  The outer belt — the Skeleton Belt — impresses with its ergonomic shape, which adapts perfectly to the body thanks to the flexible Curv material, without creating pressure points. The integrated 25 mm COBRA buckle ensures a secure, load-bearing closure that works reliably under tension yet is easy to operate. A continuous, sturdy webbing strap with an integrated loop allows carabiners or retention lanyards to be attached easily — a practical feature for mission-specific equipment. A rubber band loop and an additional VELCRO ONE-WRAP secure and neatly stow excess webbing for snag-free handling.

  Inner Belt at a glance: Comfortable base

  The Inner Belt — the Inner Belt Gen 2 — forms the comfortable foundation of the system. Its outer side is fully covered with a loop surface, ensuring a secure connection to the Skeleton Belt. The flexible, pleasantly soft webbing guarantees high wearing comfort — even during extended periods. Opening and closing are straightforward thanks to a robust 2M G-Hook buckle, which remains reliable even with frequent use. An adjustable hook-and-loop tab allows the Inner Belt to be precisely tailored to individual waist measurements — ensuring a secure, close fit in any situation.
