Modular Retrofit System for Maximum Flexibility
The Tasmanian Tiger TT ZP Set enhances the capabilities of plate carriers and M.O.L.L.E surfaces through the integration of the innovative TT ZP system. This retrofit kit allows for quick and secure mounting of ZP panels, bags, or backpacks from the ZP series. Especially suitable for plate carriers without an integrated zip-on system, the set provides the basis for modular and versatile use.
High-Quality Material for Lasting Resilience
The TT ZP Set is made from robust Cordura 500 den IRR. With a total weight of only 110 g (set), the system is so light that it does not impair the mobility of the wearer. The precise workmanship also ensures that the zippers operate reliably under all conditions.
The Cordura materials, webbing, hook-and-loop closures, and buckles in IRR stone-grey olive meet stringent German Armed Forces specifications (TL 8305-0278 and TL 8305-0281) and ensure excellent IRR camouflage performance in the spectral range of 650–1250 nm (reflection: 10–42%).Quick and Reliable
The TT ZP Set includes two side-mounted zippers (Vislon type, size #10), which allow for secure and fast attachment of ZP modules. Measuring 24 cm in length and featuring a particularly robust construction, they enable rapid exchange or addition of accessories without needing to remove the basic gear. This allows for efficient swapping of various modules between plate carriers or users.
Easy Retrofitting of Plate Carriers and M.O.L.L.E Surfaces
The TT ZP Set is attached directly to the plate carrier or other compatible gear via M.O.L.L.E loops. This integration ensures that even older plate carriers without a zip-on system can be quickly and easily upgraded. The ZP strips measure 27.5 x 5 cm and blend discreetly into existing equipment due to their slim design. With this set, a plate carrier can be made ZP-capable in just a few steps.
Compatibility with the ZP Series
The TT ZP Set is specifically designed for use with all ZP-marked packs, panels, and plate carriers from Tasmanian Tiger. It enables the seamless combination of backpacks and bags with various platforms, allowing the gear to be flexibly adapted to changing operational requirements. The modular system also makes it possible to interchange modules between multiple carriers or individuals, increasing efficiency in teams.
