Cordura 700 den is renowned for its abrasion resistance and strength, while Tegris, processed in 12 layers, delivers outstanding stability at minimal weight, safeguarding delicate electronics even under harsh conditions.
In addition, all materials used—including webbing, Velcro fasteners, and buckles—comply with German Army (Bundeswehr) specifications TL 8305-0278 and TL 8305-0281. Tegris is a polypropylene composite distinguished by its exceptional stiffness, durability, and impact resistance—all while maintaining a low weight. Additionally, it is resistant to moisture, chemicals, and weather conditions. The material is produced through a specialized process where thermoplastic fibers are formed into sheets or woven structures. The result is an extremely tough and versatile material that performs impressively under high stress while retaining its shape and integrity.
The combination of low density, high load-bearing capacity, and versatile processing options makes Tegris a preferred material in many high-performance applications.
