Description
Lightweight and Versatile Battle Belt Set with Innovative Material Combination
The TT Battle Belt Set combines thoughtful design and modularity with Tasmanian Tiger's integration of Tegris technology, significantly enhancing stability and wearing comfort. Crafted from a premium combination of Tegris and Cordura, this belt weighs only 325 g, offering a lightweight yet exceptionally robust solution tailored to meet the demands of professional users.
Tegris and Cordura in Perfect Synergy
At the core of this belt is Tegris, a 12-layer thermoplastic composite material known for its exceptional abrasion and tear resistance, while remaining flexible and lightweight. Complementing Tegris is Cordura 700 den, used in the laser-cut M.O.L.L.E system. This durable material is water- and dirt-resistant, ensuring long-lasting performance even under challenging conditions.
Anatomical Design for Optimal Comfort
The TT Battle Belt is specifically contoured to fit the hip angle, providing an ergonomic fit and excellent comfort. A removable utility loop enhances versatility, allowing additional equipment to be seamlessly integrated. For personalized adjustments, the Tegris belt can be easily trimmed with a cutter without compromising its stability or durability. The belt is securely fixed under the 25 mm Cobra buckle from AustriAlpin, ensuring a reliable fit.
Modular M.O.L.L.E System for Maximum Adaptability
The laser-cut M.O.L.L.E system made from Cordura laminate provides a dependable platform for attaching pouches, holsters, and other gear. Its modular design allows the belt to be customized to suit the specific requirements of various missions. The stability provided by the Tegris belt ensures that even under intense movement or heavy loads, all attached items remain securely in place.
Added Stability with hook-and-loop-secured Inner Belt
The set includes a hook-and-loop-secured inner belt, which enhances stability and prevents the belt from shifting. This inner belt significantly improves comfort and keeps the Battle Belt securely in place, even during dynamic operations. Thanks to its robust Tegris and Cordura construction, the belt maintains its structural integrity under heavy loads and demanding conditions.
Engineered for Professional Performance
The combination of durable materials, precise craftsmanship, and thoughtful design ensures the TT Battle Belt Set delivers exceptional functionality and longevity. Ideal for professional applications in operations or training, this belt is built to exceed expectations in performance and reliability.

TT x Tegris
Starting in the 2025 season, Tasmanian Tiger is expanding its material range to include Tegris, setting new standards in safety, reliability, and functionality for the tactical gear in its new collection.
Tegris is a polypropylene composite distinguished by its exceptional stiffness, durability, and impact resistance—all while maintaining a low weight. Additionally, it is resistant to moisture, chemicals, and weather conditions. The material is produced through a specialized process where thermoplastic fibers are formed into sheets or woven structures. The result is an extremely tough and versatile material that performs impressively under high stress while retaining its shape and integrity.
The combination of low density, high load-bearing capacity, and versatile processing options makes Tegris a preferred material in many high-performance applications. It significantly reduces overall weight while offering superior protection against mechanical forces like impacts, shocks, and abrasion. In tactical and outdoor gear, Tegris excels in enhancing protection, stability, and durability without adding unnecessary weight.
Tasmanian Tiger utilizes Tegris in vests, belts, pouches, and other tactical components. Its use in M.O.L.L.E. systems and load-bearing equipment ensures a robust yet lightweight structure that meets the demands of even the most challenging missions. -
