Description
Lightweight and Durable Tactical Belt
The TT Battle Belt Set combines the advantages of a modular design with high stability and exceptional wearing comfort. Thanks to the innovative material combination of Tegris and Cordura, this belt is not only remarkably robust but also impressively lightweight at just 325 g. It meets the demanding requirements of professional users in tactical and mission-oriented scenarios.
Tegris and Cordura
The foundation of the belt is Tegris, a 12-layer thermoplastic composite material that offers an impressive balance of flexibility, low weight, and high abrasion and tear resistance. The belt system is further enhanced by Cordura 700 den, integrated into the laser-cut M.O.L.L.E system. Cordura resists dirt and moisture, ensuring long-lasting durability even in harsh conditions.
Ergonomically Shaped for Optimal Comfort
The TT Battle Belt is specifically contoured to the hip angle, providing an ergonomic fit for maximum comfort and stability during extended wear. A removable utility loop adds versatility by allowing additional accessories to be attached. For maximum customization, the Tegris belt can be trimmed to the desired length using a cutter without compromising its stability. The design ensures a secure fit beneath the 25 mm Cobra buckle from AustriAlpin.
Modularity and Adaptability
The laser-cut M.O.L.L.E system, made from Cordura laminate, provides extensive attachment options for holsters, pouches, and other accessories. This modular platform allows users to organize their gear flexibly and efficiently. Even during intense movements or heavy loads, the robust structure of the Tegris belt ensures that all attachments remain stable and secure.
Additional Support from the Inner Belt
A key component of the set is the hook-and-loop-secured inner belt, which holds the Battle Belt securely in place. This prevents shifting and significantly enhances comfort, even during dynamic movements. The combination of inner and outer belts delivers exceptional stability, making the belt ideal for demanding missions.
Engineered for Durability and Versatility
The TT Battle Belt Set combines durable materials, precise craftsmanship, and an ergonomic design. The use of Tegris and Cordura ensures exceptional longevity and robustness, while the modular construction offers maximum adaptability. This belt is built to withstand the rigors of professional use, providing reliability and comfort in any mission.

TT x Tegris
Starting in the 2025 season, Tasmanian Tiger is expanding its material range to include Tegris, setting new standards in safety, reliability, and functionality for the tactical gear in its new collection.
Tegris is a polypropylene composite distinguished by its exceptional stiffness, durability, and impact resistance—all while maintaining a low weight. Additionally, it is resistant to moisture, chemicals, and weather conditions. The material is produced through a specialized process where thermoplastic fibers are formed into sheets or woven structures. The result is an extremely tough and versatile material that performs impressively under high stress while retaining its shape and integrity.
The combination of low density, high load-bearing capacity, and versatile processing options makes Tegris a preferred material in many high-performance applications. It significantly reduces overall weight while offering superior protection against mechanical forces like impacts, shocks, and abrasion. In tactical and outdoor gear, Tegris excels in enhancing protection, stability, and durability without adding unnecessary weight.
Tasmanian Tiger utilizes Tegris in vests, belts, pouches, and other tactical components. Its use in M.O.L.L.E. systems and load-bearing equipment ensures a robust yet lightweight structure that meets the demands of even the most challenging missions. -
