The foundation of the belt is Tegris, a 12-layer thermoplastic composite material that offers an impressive balance of flexibility, low weight, and high abrasion and tear resistance. The belt system is further enhanced by Cordura 700 den, integrated into the laser-cut M.O.L.L.E system. Cordura resists dirt and moisture, ensuring long-lasting durability even in harsh conditions.
Ergonomically Shaped for Optimal Comfort
The TT Battle Belt is specifically contoured to the hip angle, providing an ergonomic fit for maximum comfort and stability during extended wear. A removable utility loop adds versatility by allowing additional accessories to be attached. For maximum customization, the Tegris belt can be trimmed to the desired length using a cutter without compromising its stability. The design ensures a secure fit beneath the 25 mm Cobra buckle from AustriAlpin.

The laser-cut M.O.L.L.E system, made from Cordura laminate, provides extensive attachment options for holsters, pouches, and other accessories. Tegris is a polypropylene composite distinguished by its exceptional stiffness, durability, and impact resistance—all while maintaining a low weight. Additionally, it is resistant to moisture, chemicals, and weather conditions. The material is produced through a specialized process where thermoplastic fibers are formed into sheets or woven structures. The result is an extremely tough and versatile material that performs impressively under high stress while retaining its shape and integrity.
The combination of low density, high load-bearing capacity, and versatile processing options makes Tegris a preferred material in many high-performance applications.
