  I have problem with shipping to my company adress. I ordered 5 lowa mk2 boots , on monday and today i check with your customer services and they sad they blocked the order ,, the problem was with zip number ..we sorted this problem today and its good your employe said that he ublocked the order and handed it to logistics , but the problem is that , if i didnt contact your customer services i wouldnt find out that i have problem with shippment and i paid 726€ for it . And im still waiting for packege to be send to croatia…

  Schnelle Lieferung, nachhaltige Verpackung, fairer Preis. Was will man mehr? Also eine klare Empfehlung von mir. :) Zum Service selbst kann ich nichts sagen, daher neutrale 4 Sterne dafür.

  Teilweise zu lange Lieferzeiten. Montag bestellt (Wäre auf Lager) Mittwoch Abend angeblich an DHL übergeben. Donnerstag nach 10Uhr DHL gecheckt, nix übergeben - nur angemeldet. Das leider schon mehrmals jetzt passiert.

  Ein toller Handel für hochwertige Produkte mit guter Präsentation. Der Versand (Losschicken des Paketes) der bestellten Produkte könnte rascher erfolgen. Dies macht die Konkurrenz wettbewerbsfähig. Ansonsten alles top.

  The new ARIA 1 RGB is a high-quality headlamp with outstanding features for the next cave exploration or night hike.  With its light weight of 106 grams, its power and durability, it can withstand any stress during craft work and outdoor adventures.
  
  The maximum luminosity of an incredible 350 lumens, as well as a wide light cone for comfortable illumination of the surrounding area when moving, makes every discovery the ultimate experience.

  Three different white light levels

  The central control element is a single main switch that adjusts the white and coloured light to suit different situations. For inconspicuous illumination when hunting, fishing or observing animals, the various user-friendly setting options ensure that the light can be easily adjusted. The red, blue and green light maintains the eye's dark adaptation and unnoticeable appearance, makes map reading easier and enhances contrasts, as well as detecting blood trails and improving visibility in the water without scaring fish. All three light colours can also be set as flashing lights with a range of up to 700 metres.
  
  The ARIA 1 RGB can be set in three different white light levels, which differ in light quantity, light range and light duration. In addition, the support plate allows the angle of inclination of the lamp to be adjusted according to requirements. In this way, the correct setting ensures optimum light output in every situation.

  Sustainable energy management

  The LED display takes over the fully automatic control of the remaining battery life when the lamp is switched on and off. The integrated LOCK function protects against unintentional switching on during transport and when not in use.
  
  Three AAA/LR03 batteries, which are included in the scope of delivery, serve as the energy source for the ARIA 1 RGB. Thanks to the HYBRID CONCEPT by PETZL, the lamp is also compatible with the rechargeable CORE battery. The lamp automatically detects the respective energy source and adjusts the light output accordingly. The robust housing of the ARIA 1 RGB is waterproof according to IP67 and thus ensures outstanding reliability even on wet tours through caves and waters.
