  The Enhanced Combat Pant in Multicam Excellence

  In 2021, the LEAF series underwent some product updates, introducing compelling changes that turned small details into significant technical improvements. The Assault Pant AR Gen 2 also saw updates in layout, fit, and features, enhancing its performance with seemingly minimal effort. The popular combat pant from Arc'teryx LEAF in Multicam stands out with improved comfort and freedom of movement, along with a smart update to the cargo pockets.
  

  Maximum Mobility in Robust No Melt / No Drip Ripstop

  For the high demands of a combat pant, the No Melt / No Drip Nylon Ripstop made from 50% cotton and 50% nylon is almost indispensable. Even in the second generation of its combat pant, Arc'teryx continues to use this proven material, but now in a more dynamic and ergonomic design: Key areas such as the crotch, knees, and waistband have been adjusted for better mobility. Additionally, critical and heavily stressed areas like the cargo pockets and the knee pad slots are reinforced with double stitching to match the durability of the material.
  
  For optimal fit, the waistband width can still be adjusted; the side hook-and-loop adjustment allows the width to be adapted, as does the hook-and-loop adjustment at the boot hem. The belt loops are designed to work with the LEAF Rigger's System and fit belts of similar width.
  

  Additional Cargo Pockets and Improved Stitching

  To make the layout even smarter, an additional cargo pocket has been added to the thigh, offering more space for small items and easy access even when combined with body armor or when sitting. A daisy chain inside ensures secure attachment of small gear. The back pockets have also received an upgrade: they now extend deeper and have been shifted slightly to the side. Consequently, the cover could be omitted, making the pocket easier to reach, especially when wearing gloves.

  The Assault Pant AR Gen 2 comes with a pair of soft EV®50 knee pads, which can be individually replaced with hard knee pads if desired. Whether worn as a standalone combat pant or with a warming layer underneath, the Assault Pant AR Gen 2 offers an excellent update in terms of mobility and functionality.
