  Breathable Rain Jacket

  Tasmanian Tiger's waterproof and breathable three-layer jacket made from the proven and well-known T-Vent 3L received a tactical update in 2018, making the classic even better.

  MATERIAL

  The fact that the Dakota Jacket as MK II features non-reflective zippers and a color-matched Hook-and-loop patch for rank badges are just two of the many new features. The durable rain jacket with a high-performance PU membrane is now made with an elastic outer fabric, thus offering increased freedom of movement. Combined with the ergonomically shaped raglan sleeves, this results in maximum wearing comfort and unrestricted freedom of movement.

  FIT AND EXTRAS

  The jacket's hood is adjustable on both sides, ensuring the head and face are protected from the rain. The chin area is also raised to maximize rain protection. As a special little detail, Tasmanian Tiger has also included a soft chin guard so that the raised chin area isn't bothersome or irritating. The shoulder areas of the Dakota MKII are now seamlessly integrated, preventing chafing or discomfort when wearing the jacket, for example, with a backpack.

  Special attention was given by Tasmanian Tiger to the improvement of the zippers:

  For example, the long front zipper is a two-way zipper that is water-repellent and additionally lined with a placket, ensuring absolutely no water can penetrate. All other zippers, such as the underarm zippers and the zippers on the Napoleon and hand pockets, are also water-repellent and are applied and sealed using the thermo fusion process. The underarm zippers also provide additional ventilation if desired, and all pockets feature cable pass-throughs.

  To ensure that the hem and sleeves are not weak points through which water can enter, the sleeve cuffs are equipped with adjustable Hook-and-loop fasteners, and the hem is adjusted with an elastic cord. This allows the Dakota rain jacket to be individually adjusted and sealed.

  The Dakota Rain Jacket has a regular fit, so it will fit in the sizes you are familiar with and trust. The Tasmanian Tiger logo is discreetly and prominently placed on the front.
