Photochromic High-Performance Lens for Tactical Adaptability

The SI Ballistic M Frame Alpha Photochromic Replacement Lens is engineered for maximum protection and expanded field of view – without compromising on tactical aesthetics. As part of the modular Alpha™ system, this lens delivers uncompromising performance under rapidly changing light conditions and excels with its ballistic rating and precision optical clarity.

  Compatibility and System Integration

This lens is fully compatible with both the SI M Frame Alpha and SI Halo system, seamlessly integrating into existing operational setups. It is also compatible with the SI Helo Kit, making it ideal for scenarios with increased dust or wind exposure. The Alpha platform is designed as a modular protection system that unifies optics, protection, and adaptability in a single operational concept.

Photochromic Technology for Adaptive Light Response

The photochromic lens automatically adjusts to changing light conditions – from clear in low light to dark-tinted under bright sunlight. This allows for a consistently optimized visual experience without the need to manually swap lenses – a decisive advantage during extended missions or in environments with rapidly shifting lighting.

  Ballistic Protection to MIL Standards

The Alpha Photochromic Lens meets the MIL-PRF-32432 ballistic impact standard, ensuring protection against high-velocity debris and fragmentation. It also conforms to the ANSI Z87.1 optical clarity standard, guaranteeing distortion-free, precise vision across the entire lens, including the peripheral zone.

Plutonite Lens Material with Full-Spectrum Protection

Made from Plutonite – Oakley's proprietary high-performance lens material – the lens filters out 100% of all UVA, UVB, UVC rays and harmful blue light up to 400nm. This protection is integrated into the lens material itself and is not dependent on surface coatings that could degrade over time. The lens' extended curvature improves lateral coverage and shields the eyes effectively from wind, dust, and airborne debris.

The Alpha Photochromic Replacement Lens is the first choice for professional users who demand maximum flexibility in changing light environments, paired with reliable protection and uncompromised optical performance.
