Powerful EDC torch
The Nitecore MT2A PRO is a classic outdoor torch with a modern look. It is robust, weatherproof and technically state-of-the-art. A compact addition to any bushcraft equipment, trekking rucksack or EDC setup.
Design
With a length of around 143 mm and a diameter of 19 mm, it fits comfortably in the hand without feeling bulky. Its precision-milled aluminium housing with HA III hard anodisation is scratch-resistant, shock-resistant and protected against dust and water in accordance with the IP68 standard. This means it can be used without restriction even in rain, snow or sandy terrain. The non-slip surface finish ensures a secure grip during night-time trekking tours, bushcrafting or working in the field, even in wet or cold conditions.
Technical features
LED module
Inside the MT2A PRO is the new Nitecore UHi 20 LED module, which delivers up to 1,000 lumens of maximum brightness with an impressive range of 255 metres. This makes it perfect for both precise close-up tasks and wide illumination in the field.
Power supply
A clear advantage of the MT2A PRO is its dual power supply. It comes standard with an NL1416R Li-ion battery with a capacity of 1,600 mAh, which can be charged directly via an integrated USB-C port. Alternatively, the torch can also be operated with two standard AA batteries. Ideal when no power is available on the go. This flexible system makes the MT2A PRO a true outdoor tool that works reliably even in remote areas.
Power control
Digital constant current control ensures consistent luminosity, while integrated ATR (Advanced Temperature Regulation) protects the torch during prolonged use and guarantees stable performance and consistently powerful light.
Light modes & operation
The Nitecore MT2A PRO is as intuitive to operate as experienced users could wish for. All functions can be controlled directly via the tactical end switch. One click to switch on, half-press to change the light levels. When operating with the Li-ion battery, three light modes are available – High (1,000 lumens), Mid (300 lumens) and Low (50 lumens) – with a runtime of up to 20 hours. When operating with AA batteries, the menu is reduced to two modes, which nevertheless offer practical illumination.
