  After years of proven denim operations, LMS Gear presents the M.U.C. Multi Utility Chino Elastane – a tactical chino designed for those who need the low-profile appearance of a fabric pant combined with the functionality of military-grade apparel. Compared to the rugged M.U.D. Jeans, the M.U.C. stands out with its lighter weight, faster drying time, and a more civilian-oriented profile, making it the ideal choice for covert operations, urban EDC setups, or discreet carry configurations.

  Material and Construction

  Made from a high-quality performance cotton blend consisting of 98% cotton (21.5% recycled) and 2% elastane, the M.U.C. offers a robust, breathable, and slightly elastic wearing experience. The fabric is treated with a DWR (Durable Water Repellent) coating, which, especially in the light Flat Dark Earth (FDE) color, provides additional protection against soiling – without compromising breathability or feel. Triple-stitched seams, partially reinforced with Kevlar thread, ensure durability even under extreme operational conditions.
  
  

  Comfortable Fit – Even When Fully Loaded
  

  Thanks to the integrated gusset in the crotch and the tapered leg profile, the pants offer maximum freedom of movement without sacrificing a streamlined, urban fit – not too loose, not too tight. They are equipped with 7 reinforced belt loops, three of which are positioned at the back for increased load-bearing stability. The leg openings are shaped to be pulled comfortably over tactical boots. Two small grommets above the front pockets allow for attachment of lanyards or carabiners.
  
  

  Storage and Pocket Layout

  The M.U.C. features a total of 8 pockets: In addition to the classic 4-pocket layout, two concealed compartments are integrated at both the front and rear. The hidden front pockets can hold multitools, smartphones, folders, or up to two pistol magazines or one rifle magazine per side. The rear pockets are overlapped by generously cut insert compartments that comfortably accommodate AR15 or AK47 magazines or IFAKs – even when seated. All pockets are reinforced for durability and operational readiness.The color-matched YKK zipper and a matte black button with logo detail round off the garment's premium construction.
  
  

  Fit and Sizing Recommendation
  

  Available in lengths 30 (up to 1.82 m), 32 (up to 1.84 m), 34 (up to 1.88 m), and 36 (from 1.88 m), the M.U.C. covers a wide size range. If the chosen length is still too long, the pants can be easily shortened by a tailor – ensuring a perfect leg length without compromising the fit.
  
  If you're already wearing a pair of M.U.D. Jeans by LMS Gear, you can choose the same waist size. The M.U.C. is also compatible with inside-the-waistband holsters; users of larger holsters are advised to go one size up.

  Care Instructions

  To ensure maximum longevity, the pants should be:

  • Always washed inside out
  • Washed separately at first, then with light-colored garments
  • Washed at a maximum of 40°C
  • Not bleached or tumble dried
  • Not ironed and stored on a hanger

  Note: Due to the elastane content, the fabric will stretch slightly with wear, but will regain its shape after washing – it does not shrink.
