  The new Universal Magazine Pouch

  The TACO Gen. 2 is the updated version of High Speed Gear's well-known Rifle Mag Pouch. For the new model, the main focus was on refining the materials and construction. The result is a slimmer and lighter magazine pouch that remains highly versatile. The pouch is primarily designed to hold one rifle magazine. Thanks to its open and adaptable design, however, it can also accommodate other equipment with similar dimensions.

  Individually Adjustable Retention

  Instead of relying on a rigid insert, the TACO uses a side-mounted shock cord. This allows the retention pressure to be adjusted depending on the magazine or equipment being carried. The molded side panels help keep the contents securely in place while making insertion and removal easier. In addition to many common rifle magazines, the pouch can also accommodate certain radios, flashbangs, smoke grenades and flashlights.

  Lighter and Slimmer Construction

  The TACO Gen. 2 combines laser-cut nylon laminate with a woven thermoplastic core. This construction uses less material and makes the pouch up to 20% lighter than the previous generation.

  The rear features a MOLLE structure with 1/2-inch spacing. This allows the pouch to be mounted on MOLLE and PALS platforms or directly on a belt.

  Two HSG Clips for mounting are included.
