  The newly redesigned Helikon-Tex Wolfhound Jacket with Hood is the perfect go-to jacket for demanding trekking tours as well as daily use. With its thoughtful design, this warm jacket can be worn both as an outer layer or as an insulating mid-layer under a waterproof jacket. Thanks to its high-quality materials and smart construction, the jacket offers optimal protection against cold and harsh weather conditions without sacrificing freedom of movement.
  

  High-Quality Insulation with Climashield Apex

  At the heart of the jacket lies the Climashield Apex insulation with a 67 g/m² fill. Made from 100% polyester, this material stands out for its exceptional thermal properties, even when wet: the synthetic insulation reliably retains warmth and dries quickly, which is particularly advantageous in variable weather and during strenuous activities. Additionally, Climashield is extremely lightweight and easily packable without losing its insulating properties.
  

  WindPack Nylon – Lightweight and Durable

  The outer material of the Wolfhound Jacket is made from 100% nylon, specifically WindPack Nylon. This material is not only extremely light but also wind-resistant, offering excellent protection against the elements. At the same time, it remains flexible, allowing for full freedom of movement. The lightweight structure also makes the jacket easy to fold up and pack into a backpack.
  

  Comfort and Freedom of Movement with VersaStretch Panels

  Particular attention has been paid to comfort in the underarm areas, where VersaStretch panels are used to enhance mobility and improve ventilation. This highly elastic material adapts perfectly to body movements without pulling or constricting. As a result, the jacket is also ideal for dynamic activities that require flexibility.
  

  Thoughtful Details for Maximum Functionality

  The jacket features an adjustable hood with a soft visor that offers additional protection from wind and rain. The elastic bands at the cuffs, hem, and hood ensure a perfect fit and prevent cold air from getting in. The jacket includes four zippered pockets in total: three on the exterior and one inside. These pockets provide ample storage for essential items while keeping them protected from moisture. The YKK zippers are particularly durable and function reliably even in adverse weather conditions.
