  Big foot steps, convincing performance: the new HAIX Commander GTX

  
  
  As the successor to the absolute top seller among the combat boots, the KSK 3000, the HAIX Commander GTX had to step up straight away - and it did! In any terrain, in any weather, on any mission. The boot with a 18 cm high shaft convinces from the sole to the laces.
  
  

  Highly slip-resistant sole

  
  The sole in particular has been designed with tactical needs in mind, combining an extremely slip-resistant rubber compound with an innovative tread design. No matter what the underground, the VIBRAM® sole prevents slipping or sliding on wet, slippery or uneven surfaces. However, no compromises were made in terms of cushioning and the Commander GTX is equipped with the typical HAIX absorption. Even long runs are no problem, as the cushioning wedge in the midsole optimally absorbs the steps.
  
  

  Protection and durability thanks to outer leather

  
  Thanks to the resistant outer leather, the outer material of the tactical shoe is not only durable and hard-wearing, it also protects the foot from sharp impacts: sharp edges, shards or protruding corners are absorbed and mastered by the high-quality outer material. Of course, the material is equipped with a three-layer GORE-TEX membrane; after all, the foot should stay dry from the outside as well as the inside and be just as waterproof as it is breathable.
  
  

  Perfect fit and dry feet for every use

  
  The GORE-TEX membrane inside the boot helps to achieve this, as does a special foam system that allows air to circulate inside the boot and wicks away moisture - no unpleasant moisture remains in the boot and thus there are no pressure points or slippery steps. The support in the boot is excellent anyway, because the Commander GTX fits the foot like a second skin in both, the instep and the shaft area. Finally, the innovative 2-zone lacing system does the rest to create a tight-fitting, non-slip, super robust combat boot. And for different foot widths, the insole is of course available in 3 different widths. The Commander GTX is an absolute performer in the tactical field: no frills and with all the features that a good, heavy-duty boot must have.
