  Tactical Backpack for Reconnaissance Operations

  The Eberlestock Operator Pack V6 was developed for reconnaissance personnel and sniper teams who need to carry substantial amounts of equipment. Its 97.5-liter capacity provides ample storage space for an extensive loadout, while the integrated rifle scabbard allows a long gun to be carried directly on the backpack. A sturdy aluminum frame forms the load-bearing structure.

  Retractable Rifle Scabbard

  The integrated rifle scabbard is one of the Operator's defining features. It provides a dedicated carrying space for a long gun without the need for a separate rifle case. When not in use, the scabbard can be retracted into the lower section of the backpack. This prevents it from permanently extending beyond the pack body. The scabbard remains securely attached to the carrying system and does not need to be removed or stored separately. A matching rifle butt cover is included.

  Removable MultiLid

  The MultiLid serves as the backpack's removable top lid. Unlike a conventional fixed lid, it can be completely detached and worn as a standalone waist pack. This allows smaller items of equipment to be carried separately while the main backpack stays behind. When attached, the MultiLid forms part of the Operator's regular storage configuration. Its removable design provides an additional carrying option without requiring a separate bag.

  Two-Section Main Compartment with Dual Access

  The main compartment can be opened from the top and through the front panel. Inside, an internal drawstring divider separates the upper and lower storage sections. Both areas can be used independently to keep different types of equipment organized. Alternatively, they can be combined into one continuous storage space when larger items require additional room. This allows the internal layout to be adjusted to the load rather than being restricted to a fixed compartment arrangement. Smaller items also have their own designated storage areas. Elastic organizer pockets provide additional space inside the main compartment. A separate compression mesh pocket is designed to accommodate a radio or hydration system. These features eliminate the need to store all equipment loosely in the main compartment. Frequently used items can also be kept separate from the rest of the pack's contents.

  Side Saddle Pockets

  Two generously sized saddle pockets are positioned along the sides of the Operator. They can be partially opened away from the pack body, revealing two columns of MOLLE webbing behind each pocket. Compatible additional pouches and other equipment can be attached here. The space between the side pockets and the main compartment also accommodates elongated items such as a tripod. This makes use of an area that would otherwise be completely concealed by a conventional side-pocket design. Both side pockets feature individual compression straps, allowing their volume to be adjusted independently. Beneath the pockets are pass-through openings for two horizontal straps that can be routed across the main compartment. This arrangement allows the straps to be used without having to empty or reposition the side pockets. The contents of the pockets and the external compression system can therefore be managed independently.

  Adjustable Compression System

  The Operator features additional compression straps that allow the load to be secured and the shape of the packed backpack to be adjusted. When the available capacity is not fully utilized, the straps can draw the contents closer to the pack body. Together with the side attachment points, they provide various ways to organize equipment without relying exclusively on the internal compartments.

  Integrated Rain Protection

  A stowable rain cover is included with the Operator Pack V6. It remains stored until needed and can be pulled over the backpack in wet conditions. This provides the carrying system with additional protection against rain without requiring a separately purchased rain cover.

  Intex II Aluminum Frame

  The Intex II aluminum frame stabilizes the backpack's structure and supports the carrying of substantial equipment loads. It can be exchanged for other compatible tubular frames from the Eberlestock system. This allows the frame configuration to be modified within the manufacturer's product range. The Operator also features padded shoulder straps and a hip belt that distribute the weight across the carrying system rather than placing the entire load on the shoulders.

  Carrying System

  The shoulder straps feature integrated quick-release buckles. These allow the backpack to be removed immediately, even when wearing a plate carrier beneath the carrying system. Side-mounted carry handles provide another way to lift or reposition the Operator without having to put it on your back. The frame, harness and additional handles are designed to facilitate the handling of a backpack carrying substantial and heavy equipment loads.
