Next-Generation Cold Protection Jacket
Through a targeted material update, the Arc'teryx Cold WX Jacket LT Mens (Gen 2.1) has been further optimized, enhancing its already impressive cold-weather protection capabilities. The result is even greater performance, increased durability, and improved functionality for demanding use in freezing temperatures and harsh weather conditions. Even in strong winds and biting cold, this jacket can be worn without compromise, making cold-weather operations even more efficient.
High-Performance Temperature Management
The exceptional efficiency of this winter jacket is based on a carefully balanced combination of innovative materials. It features Climashield insulation with a DWR coating, providing long-lasting protection against moisture. This is complemented by the brand-new Gore-Tex Infinium Windstopper material, which, as a two-layer laminate, ensures extremely long-lasting windproofing while offering high resistance to rain and snow.
This combination of technologies ensures optimal temperature management. The jacket reliably retains warmth without compromising breathability. Additionally, the lightweight synthetic fiber structure maintains full mobility. Despite its impressive thermal performance, the jacket remains pleasantly light and allows unrestricted freedom of movement.
Innovative Hemline and Collar Design
Instead of a hood, a high collar has been integrated to provide optimal protection while offering greater flexibility. The full-length zipper extends to the top of the collar and features the proven No Slip Zip technology. This prevents unintentional opening and helps maintain heat retention.
Another well-thought-out detail is the vertical hemline design, specifically developed by Arc'teryx for its Cold WX series.
