  The Agilite Rear Hanger is a purpose-built module designed to maximize lower-back storage space on plate carriers. It efficiently utilizes previously unused surface area and provides rapid, one-handed access to mission-essential gear such as medical supplies—even under pressure. The pouch maintains a flat, secure profile without excess bulk, staying firmly in place during dynamic movement.
  
  

  Multifunctional with Tactical Depth

  In addition to rear mounting, the Rear Hanger, which can be easily pulled out with one hand, can also be temporarily attached to the front loop field of a plate carrier or placard—perfect for scenarios requiring immediate accessibility. Two removable internal inserts with elastic loops and hook backing allow custom gear configuration. A reinforced front panel adds structural integrity, even when partially loaded.
