Stylish Plate Carrier for SAPI Large
The trusted Agilite Gear K-Zero Plate Carrier has been designed as a close-fitting and nearly minimalist plate carrier that doesn’t compromise on comfort or functionality. Developed with input from special forces units, the K-Zero is tailored to meet user needs, offering an adaptable foundation that excels in scenarios ranging from delicate undercover operations to infantry urban combat.
Unique Features for Lasting Comfort
The K-Zero prioritizes comfort with thick spacer mesh that promotes airflow and moisture management. Special attention has been paid to the shoulder straps: thick padding combined with spacer mesh evenly distributes weight across the shoulders, ensuring the carrier can handle heavy loads. Adjustable hook-and-loop straps allow the plates to fit snugly to the body, enhancing both comfort and functionality.
Modular Design
To meet the versatile requirements of specialized forces, the K-Zero is built with superior sophistication. A large loop panel with additional slots on the lower front allows for the attachment of interchangeable flaps such as the Pincer Placard. The chest area features PALS webbing for admin pouches and extra loop space for flag and ID patches. On the back, extensive PALS webbing ensures compatibility with a variety of accessories, while the lower hook-and-loop flap allows seamless integration of side pieces like the Agilite Gear Warfighter Cummerbund. Both plate bags close with hook-and-loop closure, making it easy to upgrade with items such as the Six Pack Hanger Pouch or the MD2 Compact Trauma Kit. Side webbing loops and an included cable management kit make it easier to organize communication equipment. The large version accommodates ballistic plates up to 26.16 x 33.5 x 3.3 cm, including SAPI Large, while also being compatible with ESAPI, Swimmers Cut, and Shooters Cut plates.
Skeletonized Cummerbund
The cummerbund is attached at the back with quick-adjust aluminum-buckles, ensuring a universal fit. The front closes with hook-and-loop fasteners but can easily be upgraded with quick-detach closures such as 2M ROC or FirstSpear buckles. Featuring five MOLLE columns on each side, the cummerbund supports internal and external setups: for example, a radio can be mounted inside, while magazine pouches are secured externally. Alternatively, the cummerbund can be worn alone for a low-profile setup that prevents heat buildup.
