  The outer shell of the jacket is made from a two-layer Ripstop laminate, which is not only fully windproof but also highly water-repellent.   Absolute juggernaut of insulation. Heard stories about dudes wearing it for guard duties in the Ukrainian winter. But so far for my experience, the elbow and forearm areas are reinforced and very thick, this is a weak spot if you're ever caught in super bad rain but for the temperatures this jacket is meant for you're not finding rain except if you're crawling around in snow for a long time. The hood is the weak spot of this jacket too. You can't hide it easily and there's no option to take it off and it kinda flaps so in rain or snow you will catch a bit of snow inside the hood there's no way to avoid it. The rest of the jacket is extremely well made and it feels very very warm but you don't feel like you're overheating. The ventilation zips are well thought out and it's a feature you don't see on most winter jackets, the net on it keeps the jacket from falling apart if the zips are fully open. The wrist warmers are well thought-out and my only criticism to it is that if you are layering with more UF pro jackets like the delta ML it can get a bit annoying if you have two of them or more. And so far no UF Pro jacket has the option to remove these wrist warmers. You can always cut them but in my opinion you are losing a good part of what makes these UF pro jackets great. That is unless the other jacket is purposefully meant to just be a mid layer but with this jacket you will only really do that if you're hibernating at extremely low temps or doing something under -20°C.   Nach einem Winter dauerhaftem Tragens, haben sich die Klettverschlüsse an den Armen abgenutzt und halten nun nicht mehr. Ansonsten ein top Produkt.

  Die Jacke jetzt direkt am Wochenende bei 5 Grad, Regen und Wind angehabt. Absolut Winddicht und warm, das Baumwollhemd drunter ist fast schon zuviel gewesen. Wie lange sie Regendicht bleibt kann ich noch nicht sagen aber macht bisher einen sehr guten Eindruck. Größentechnisch hatte ich Sie erst aufgrund der Tabelle erst in S bestellt aber da hab ich sie gar nicht erst zubekommen, bauchfrei war auch nicht so toll. In M jetzt passt sie perfekt. Ich bin 1.73m groß und wiege um die 70KG. En montrer plus Montrer moins
