The TT SRPP (Tegris) Frame System is the backbone of the plate carrier, designed to securely hold the armor plates and optimize weight distribution. The elastic cummerbund includes three integrated magazine pouches (M4 size) on each side for quick access to ammunition and essential gear. Its Tegris reinforcement keeps it shape-stable and durable, even when fully loaded.
The elastic length adjustment of the cummerbund provides flexible movement support during dynamic operations. It can be adjusted in height via front hook-and-loop attachment for more precise fitting. The shoulder straps are adjustable and padded for increased comfort during extended use and can be removed to maintain a low-profile. Side straps are height-adjustable by repositioning the Tegris plate into different slots, enhancing flexibility.
Modularity through M.O.L.L.E Integration
The plate carrier's M.O.L.L.E system enhances versatility and adaptability for various equipment needs. Laser-cut slots along the cummerbund allow for secure attachment of pouches, tools, or accessories. A slide-on, hook-and-loop-fixed M.O.L.L.E panel adds extra capacity for modular gear and can be easily removed or replaced to suit changing mission requirements.

Tegris is a polypropylene composite distinguished by its exceptional stiffness, durability, and impact resistance—all while maintaining a low weight. Additionally, it is resistant to moisture, chemicals, and weather conditions. The material is produced through a specialized process where thermoplastic fibers are formed into sheets or woven structures. The result is an extremely tough and versatile material that performs impressively under high stress while retaining its shape and integrity.
The combination of low density, high load-bearing capacity, and versatile processing options makes Tegris a preferred material in many high-performance applications.
