  The Battle Bag Pro is the ultimate weight bag which features four compartments that can be filled with a variety of weighted materials such as sand, gravel, water bottles (which can be used for rehydration after exercise), stones or whatever ballast material is to hand to add resistance to your workout, including: bootcamp, strength, HIIT, cardio or instead of your normal sandbag or weighted bag.
