  Super Shop

  Premium! Danke

  Reliable Compass for Tactical Navigation

The Ranger Mk2 Compass Lighted is a precise navigation instrument designed for field operations. Independent of electronic infrastructure, this classic prismatic compass enables accurate directional orientation in the field as well as route planning on maps. The integrated LED backlighting ensures full usability even in darkness.

  Material and Performance Data

The housing is made entirely of 100% aluminum, combining high durability with low weight. The surface is corrosion-resistant and withstands heavy exposure to weather, moisture, and impact. This material choice ensures long-term reliability.

Weighing only 88 g, the Ranger Mk2 is extremely lightweight and can be easily carried on gear, in a chest pocket, or in a backpack. Its compact dimensions of 3 × 7.5 × 5.5 cm allow for quick handling and ergonomic use – even with gloves or limited mobility.

  Functional Prismatic Compass

As a liquid-damped prismatic compass, the model provides stable needle guidance and enables precise bearings over short distances. The integrated scale simplifies map reading and terrain calculations. The LED backlighting ensures clear visibility at night, indoors, or in low-visibility conditions.

The Ranger Mk2 Compass Lighted is ideal for military patrols, SERE training, police search operations, and outdoor expeditions requiring navigation beyond digital systems. As a navigation tool, it is an essential component of any equipment for autonomous movement in the field – independent of power supply or GPS reception. It provides reliable orientation especially in environments affected by electromagnetic interference or lacking detailed mapping.
