The MCD Pants from the MCDU series (Modern Combat Duty Uniform) have been developed for tactical operations, field missions and demanding everyday situations. They combine durability, mobility and a practical pocket layout — a reliable choice for professionals and frequent users alike.
Innovative DyNyCo fabric with 4‑way stretch for maximum freedom of movement
As base fabric, DyNyCo is used — a textile consisting of approximately 49% nylon, 48% cotton and 3% elastane with a fabric weight of approximately 220 g/m². This combination provides the resilience of classic nylon‑cotton pants, enhanced by the elastic properties that significantly increase comfort during movement. This becomes particularly advantageous during long marches, on varied terrain or in dynamic situations.
In heavily stressed and movement‑intensive zones — waist, crotch and rear knee area — inserts made of Versastretch (93% nylon, 7% elastane) are integrated. This material stands out with high breathability and quick‑drying performance — ideal for situations involving heat, sweat, or after exposure to rain.Robust construction – reinforced knees & compatibility for protective inserts
The knee areas are reinforced with Cordura 500D and feature pockets for knee‑pad inserts or protectors. This reinforcement ensures durability even under heavy stress, e.g. during field operations or extended missions that require frequent kneeling or crouching.
Adjustable drawcords below the knees and at the leg openings allow for individualized adjustment and high stability — preventing pants from shifting or snagging, even during intense activity or when carrying additional gear.Thoughtful pocket layout for gear and everyday carry
With a total of 12 pockets, the MCD Pants provide ample storage space for equipment, tools or personal items. A standout feature is the magazine pockets — also compatible with AR‑magazines — along with additional pockets for accessories, tools, multitools or maps. This functionality is particularly useful during long marches, missions or training sessions where many items need to remain readily accessible.
