The M65 field jacket is a true classic, popular worldwide for more than 50 years. It was originally used by the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. The jacket is manufactured according to U.S. military specifications.
Materials and Construction for Extreme Demands
The outer fabric is made of high-quality NyCo Sateen – a blend of 50% nylon and 50% cotton with a fabric weight of 330 g/m². This material offers excellent abrasion and tear resistance, while remaining breathable and comfortable to wear. It also provides reliable protection against wind and light rain.
The lining is composed of 65% polyester and 35% cotton, offering effective insulation in cool weather. In combination with the optional liner jacket, the M65 is also suitable for winter use.
The parka features a full-length front zipper with an additional storm flap, a stand-up collar with an integrated hood, and adjustable sleeve cuffs. The generous pocket layout and comfortable fit make this jacket a practical choice for operations and everyday wear.
