  Super Shop

  Premium! Danke

  Cap with patch panels

The BBC Cap made from durable PolyCotton Ripstop excels with its lightweight construction, high breathability, and well-designed ID panel configuration – ideal for hot climates and tactical scenarios where identification, comfort, and functionality are critical.

  Durable Wearing Comfort

Constructed from a high-performance ripstop fabric blend of 60% cotton and 40% polyester, the cap offers an ideal balance between durability and comfort – even during extended missions. The ripstop pattern effectively prevents the spread of tears, making this cap especially resilient under field conditions.

  Gear-Compatible Construction

Weighing just approx. 77 g, the BBC Cap ranks among the lightest options available. The one-size-fits-all design features an adjustable strap at the rear for individual fitting. Its mid-depth profile ensures a secure fit and is compatible with standard hearing protection, comms headsets, or ballistic helmets.

Equipped with soft loop panels on the front, top, rear, and on the adjustment strap, the cap allows for the secure placement of ID, IR, or morale patches without limitations. The generously sized panels are optimized for clear unit identification and tactical recognition markers in the field.

The BBC Cap is suitable for tactical operations in hot environments, urban or semi-urban deployments, and routine field service – especially during physically demanding tasks under direct sunlight.
