  High-Performance Repair Kit

  The Gear Aid Seam Grip WP Field Repair Kit is a compact repair set consisting of two adhesive patches, a tube of Seam Grip glue, and a brush. With this kit, you can easily and permanently repair leaking seams on tents, holes in inflatable mats, or damage to other outdoor equipment while on the go.
  

  Adhesive Patches for Quick Repairs

  The kit includes two Tenacious Tape repair patches with a diameter of 76.2 mm, which can be easily cut to cover tears, burn holes, or worn areas in your gear. The strong urethane adhesive bonds to common materials such as nylon, canvas, and vinyl—but not to silicone-coated surfaces. The black patch is made of thin 70D nylon fabric, while the clear patch is made of vinyl. For application, make sure the surface is dry, clean, and degreased, then press the patch firmly onto the material. For larger holes, apply one patch from the outside and another from the inside. Gentle heat can enhance adhesion, making your gear ready for immediate use. For temporary applications, the patch can also be removed later with some heat.
  

  Reliable Repair Adhesive

  Seam Grip WP adhesive is designed to securely seal seams on tarps, tents, and other waterproof equipment. The flexible glue bonds strongly with nylon, polyester, vinyl, and leather. Using the brushable sealant, you can complete DIY projects or seal seams that have become leaky over time. Lay the dry, clean, and degreased fabric flat, then brush the leaky seam on the inside evenly with the included brush. Allow the adhesive to cure overnight—and the item is once again waterproof and ready for the next trip. A 7g tube can seal approximately up to 90 cm of seam. Alternatively, Seam Grip can also be used as an adhesive to waterproof holes and tears. For extra durable repairs, combine it with the adhesive patches to permanently fix holes and leaks.
