  This is my favorite gear site.   Smartly Constructed from top Materials

  Soft Liner Fabric

  The Loftshell Climate features a snug knit liner made from 50% merino wool and 50% polyamide. While polyamide enhances durability and ease of manufacturing, merino wool excels in climate regulation and odor control. This breathable fabric effectively wicks moisture away to the comfort filling.
  

  G-LOFT Comfort Layer

  The powerful G-LOFT hollow fiber is known worldwide for its durability and excellent thermal insulation in sleeping bags and outerwear. In this jacket, the G-LOFT Climate Lining is engineered into an ultra-thin layer that optimizes moisture management, ensuring comfort during activities with varying intensities. The fibers distribute moisture over a broad surface area, allowing it to evaporate without creating cold spots.
  

  Elastic Outer Material for Maximum Agility

  The flexible polyamide outer fabric adapts to movement while forming a breathable barrier for wind. A factory-applied water-repellent coating offers protection during brief showers. Notably, the material minimizes noise, making it ideal for activities where silence is critical.
  

  Fit and Practical Features

  Designed for freedom of movement, the jacket’s tailored length integrates seamlessly into everyday outfits or outdoor ensembles. Loop connectors on the upper arms allow for attaching morale patches while on the go. The robust profile front zipper includes an extended zipper pull for easy use with cold fingers and incorporates a chin guard for added comfort. Details like soft elastic cuffs and the versatile collar-and-hood system enhance usability. The collar can be used independently to block wind, while the hood, secured with drawcords, provides extra protection during colder or windier conditions.

  The Loftshell Climate excels in storage with four zippered pockets. Two front pockets keep hands warm or hold lightweight gloves and a beanie. A chest pocket and an upper-arm pocket on the left provide secure storage for small essentials. Inside, two mesh pockets with reinforced bases offer additional room for bulkier items like winter gloves, ski skins, or snacks.
