Helmet Cover for Operational Helmets
The Busch PROtective CAC-1 NVG Helmet Cover Set is a cover for the helmet models AMP-1 TP, AMP-1 E, and AMH-2 by Busch PROtective. Made from abrasion-resistant polyamide and open mesh material, it provides balanced coverage and airflow for use with both ballistic and bump helmets.
Practical Product Features
The generous NVG mount cutout allows for unobstructed attachment of mounts for night vision devices. The abrasion-resistant polyamide fabric offers a durable base for the central area and withstands sustained stress. Complemented with large loop panels on the rear and top, it provides space for markings, counterweight pouches, and IFF markers. The sewn-in loops allow securing gear to the helmet cover and routing cables snugly when using a battery pack. The sides made from sturdy mesh material prevent blocking of the ventilation openings on training helmets such as the Busch PROtective AMH-2 and are complemented with additional loop strips for extra patches.
Easy Attachment to the Helmet
The helmet cover includes hook-and-loop fasteners to easily attach the cover to helmets with CAP-1 or CAP-2 loop panels. Alternatively, six self-adhesive loop panels (CAP-1) are included that can be applied directly to the helmet. To do so, clean the area from dirt and grease, then press the adhesive loop firmly onto the helmet. The proper placement of the loop panels can be guided by the helmet cover.
