Cover for Operational Helmets with NVG Shroud
The CAC-1 NVG Helmet Cover by Busch PROtective is designed for the AMP-1 E, AMP-1 TP, and AMH-2 helmets that feature an NVG shroud. Made from abrasion-resistant polyamide and breathable mesh material, it does not restrict ventilation on non-ballistic helmets.
Designed for Operational Use
The large opening for the NVG mount allows easy attachment of night vision devices, even if the cover shifted slightly during intense action. The construction from abrasion-resistant polyamide fabric reinforces the central area of the cover for sustained stress, while the mesh sides ensure optimal compatibility with training helmets such as the Busch PROtective AMH-2, allowing ventilation even in hot climates. The cover is equipped with loop panels to attach patches, marker lights, or counterweights. Additionally, the integrated loops allow securing attachments and assist in routing cables.
Mounted via Hook-and-Loop
The inside of the helmet cover is equipped with hook fasteners that attach to the loop panels on the helmet, allowing easy installation and quick swapping. The package includes a six-piece set of self-adhesive loop panels (CAP-1), which can be used as replacements or to upgrade the helmet.
