  Tacwrk hat eine riesige Auswahl an Marken und deren Qualität ist absolut Top of the Line. Ich kann Tacwrk nur absolut weiterempfehlen

  Sehr guter Shop mit qualitativ hochwertiger Kleidung und Ausrüstung. Sehr schneller Versand und unkomplizierte Rücknahme, wenn mal was nicht passt. Empfehlung!

  Die Qualität der angebotenen Waren ist grundsätzlich gut – wobei dies in erster Linie dem jeweiligen Hersteller zuzuschreiben ist. Für den Verkauf und insbesondere den Kundenservice ist jedoch TACWRK verantwortlich, und genau hier liegt aus meiner Sicht das Problem. Der Kundenservice ist leider nur schwer erreichbar: Eine telefonische Kontaktmöglichkeit besteht nicht, und auf E-Mails wartet man teils mehrere Tage. Noch enttäuschender ist, dass bei konkreten Problemen häufig keine individuelle Hilfe erfolgt, sondern lediglich standardisierte Textbausteine versendet werden, ohne wirklich auf das Anliegen einzugehen. In meinem Fall musste letztlich sogar der Hersteller-Support einspringen, weil über TACWRK keine zufriedenstellende Lösung zustande kam. Ich habe in der Vergangenheit mehrfach dort bestellt und war lange zufriedener Kunde. Aufgrund der inzwischen deutlich nachgelassenen Servicequalität kann ich den Shop aktuell jedoch leider nicht mehr empfehlen.
