  Modular Plate Carrier for Scalable Adaptation

  The Agilite Gear K-Zero Plate Carrier was developed in close collaboration with Israeli and American special forces, combining a low-profile design with high modularity and exceptional comfort. Its thoughtful construction allows for scalable adaptation to various operational scenarios without compromising ergonomics or mobility.
  
  

  Ergonomic Construction for Optimal Comfort

  To minimize pressure points and distribute weight evenly, the K-Zero features an intelligently designed shoulder strap system. The shoulder straps are directly sewn into the plate pockets and additionally adjustable via hook-and-loop fasteners, ensuring a precise fit for the wearer. Generous padding on the shoulders and contact areas enhances comfort, even under maximum load.
  
  

  Versatile Cummerbund for Custom Fit

  The included low-profile cummerbund is fully adjustable for a customized fit. Two aluminum ladder buckles at the rear allow for easy size adjustments, even while worn. Five rows of PALS webbing on each side support the attachment of additional modular pouches or side armor plates. The front closure is secured with hook-and-loop fasteners but can be upgraded with optional quick-release buckles. For increased stability and load-bearing capacity, the K-Zero can be equipped with the Agilite Gear Warfighter Cummerbund.
  
  

  Unparalleled Modularity

  The K-Zero’s plate compartments accommodate plates up to 26.16 × 33.5 × 3.3 cm, making them compatible with SAPI Large, ESAPI, Swimmers Cut, and Shooters Cut plates. The front and rear plate pockets secure with hook-and-loop closures, ensuring maximum stability and protection. A rear hook-and-loop flap further enhances modularity, allowing for additional gear attachment.
  
  The front panel features a large loop field, enabling direct mounting of the Agilite Gear Pincer Placard or other hook-and-loop-compatible placards. Vertical slits accommodate G-Hooks or buckles, ensuring broad compatibility with various accessories. MOLLE and loop fields on the chest area provide attachment points for admin pouches or identification patches.
  
  

  Efficient Cable Management for Communication Devices

  Durable webbing loops on the sides of the plate pockets function as cable guides for radios and communication systems. Additionally, a dedicated cable management kit is included, allowing for secure and organized routing of cables.
  
  

  Expandable and Modular for Any Mission Requirement

  With a variety of compatible Agilite Gear accessories, the K-Zero can be tailored to specific operational needs:

  • The Six Pack Hanger Pouch provides quick-access space for small tactical gear.
  • The Pincer Placard, when combined with the Pincer 2nd Layer Admin Pouch, increases magazine capacity and enhances administrative organization.
  • The MD2 Compact Trauma Kit ensures fast access to an IFAK, enabling immediate life-saving medical intervention in critical situations.
