  Insert Pack for Zip System

  The TT Operator Pack ZP in IRR is the fully comprehensive insert pack for the new TT ZP System. With a simple zip system, the central TT Plate Carrier QR LC ZP can be converted for all possible operational situations. With its ZP System, Tasmanian Tiger makes personal protective equipment expandable with packs and attachments, so that even the most complex mission requirements can be met in a flash with the right gear.
  
  The protection of the plate carrier remains unaffected, but the transport of additional gear is made easier because unnecessary carrying systems are eliminated. The TT Operator Pack ZP is the most comprehensive and complex component of the new ZP series by Tasmanian Tiger. With infrared features according to Bundeswehr guidelines, the Operator Pack is the ideal modular solution for demanding tactical missions by day and night.

  Main compartment and front pockets

  The TT Operator Pack ZP made of Cordura 500 can hold a total of 10 litres of volume distributed between a main compartment and two front pockets with overall dimensions of 35 x 23 x 12 cm.

  The flat main compartment forms the back of the pack and has a capacity of 5 litres. The wall of the main compartment is equipped with M.O.L.L.E hook-and-loop so that pouches and gear can be attached individually and modularly. There is also a hydration system preparation here.

  Two pockets sit on top of the front compartment. The lower of the two pouches holds 3 litres and is closed with a two-way zip. The upper pocket holds 2 litres; it is equipped with interchangeable magazine inserts; the inserts are intended for 3 x M4 (PMAG) magazines (72 g), 4 x pistol/ MP7 magazines (40 g), as well as 4 x 40 mm grenades (flashbangs) (60 g). The modular inserts can be removed and replaced, they can also be placed in the main compartment. If the entire pack or only parts of the pockets are to be compressed in volume, the enclosed bungee cords with cord stoppers can be used for this purpose.

  Fleece areas on both front pockets are provided for attaching name tags.

  Attachment to plate carriers

  The TT Operator Pack ZP is attached to the TT Plate Carrier QR LC ZP with the two zips on the sides. Other commercially available plate carriers with a zip system can also be used, as long as the zips are of the Vislon type with a thickness of #10 and a length of 24 cm at a distance of 25 cm.

  In order to be able to use plate carriers without zips, the zip M.O.L.L.E strip can be connected to attach the insert pack to all plate carriers with 6 M.O.L.L.E rows via the M.O.L.L.E system.

  The TT Operator Pack ZP in the IRR variant is fully compatible with Bundeswehr guidelines. This means that the Cordura materials as well as the webbing, hook-and-loop fasteners and buckles meet the high Bundeswehr standards TL 8305-0278 and TL 8305-0281 regarding IRR camouflage (IRR 650 1250nm / 10 42%). As a particularly tactical operator in the setup, the TT Operator Pack ZP is the ideal alternative to a separate operational rucksack.
