  The NEXTORCH DC20045B is a 21700 Li-ion battery with integrated USB charging function, designed for uncompromising self-sufficiency. Charging takes place directly via the battery – no external charger is needed. Simply connect it to any USB port using a USB cable, whether in a vehicle or with a mobile charger. An integrated LED indicator provides precise information about the current charge level at any time – ensuring consistently controlled energy availability in the field.

  Technical Protection Architecture for Maximum Operational Safety

  The DC20045B uses a high-performance lithium-ion cell with a capacity of 4800 mAh (18 Wh) and is equipped with a triple safety circuit: The integrated IC protection continuously monitors all voltage and current values in real time, ensuring stable and safe cell operation. This protection architecture is complemented by a precisely controlled PCB protection, which regulates charging and discharging processes and intervenes immediately when necessary.
  
  Additionally, a reverse polarity, overcharge, and deep discharge protection safeguards the cell against incorrect polarity, hazardous overcharging, and discharge below critical voltage thresholds – all of which could cause long-term damage. These comprehensive safety measures enable more than 500 charge and discharge cycles without performance degradation.

  Performance Parameters for Professional Equipment

  With a nominal voltage of 3.6 V, a discharge current of 5 to 6.3 A, and a capacity of 4800 mAh, the DC20045B delivers peak energy efficiency for demanding applications. The charging power reaches up to 2A via charger and 1A via USB port. The charging time is 4 to 5 hours, while the discharge time is 8 to 10 hours. The maximum charging voltage is 4.30 V ± 0.05 V, with a maximum charging current of 1,500 mA – ideal for modern power management systems.
