  Highly efficient for tactical roping
  

  The MoG Abseil/Rappel 9162 gloves have been developed in conjunction with several dedicated users and specialists in tactical rope training and height work instructors. The result is a slim fit abseil/rappel glove that allows the user to be fluent on the rope thanks to a number of distinctive features. The abseiling/rappeling gloves combine 3 major elements that are crucial when handling and securing ropes: high dexterity, high abrasion resistance and firm grip. Some added features make this snug fit glove highly efficient for roping.

  Excellent dexterity

  Palm made from soft goatskin and durable split leather, offering a very high abrasion resistance (level 4, or over 8000 cycles according to the Martindale test!) and excellent dexterity (level 5). Split leather palm provides excellent grip on both dry and wet ropes and is a great buffer against heat accumulation during rappelling.
  
  

  Slim-fit design
  

  Slim-fit finger design to provide secure control when roping up and to allow for activities such as rigging, climbing structures and ladders, vertical movement, etc. and provides extremely high finger sensitivity for handling ropes,weapons, radio and equipment, and avoids the risk of twisted fingers.
  
  

  Touch screen compatible
  

  The fingertips of the index and thumb are touch compatible for the manipulation of touch screen devices.
  
  

  Reinforcement of critical areas

  Reinforcement of critical areas on/between thumb and index finger, for extra protection and extra stitching lines at strategic points ensures higher dexterity.
  
  

  Integrated nose-wipe
  

  Nose-wipe on the back of thumb to wipe off sweat or rain from goggles or visor.
  
  

  Breathable and comfortable

  The back of the hand is made from a 4-way stretch fabric that is breathable and comfortable.
  
  

  Knuckle protection
  

  Part of the knuckle area is equipped with a neoprene patch to protect the knuckles from accidental impacts during roping or climbing.
  
  

  Comfortable cuffs
  

  Comfortable neoprene cuff that provides wrist freedom of movement and basic impact protection.
  
  

  Easy attachment
  

  Integrated leather-reinforced hole in cuff allows easy attachment of carabiners or gloves to belts, plate racks or bags, or to facilitate donning and doffing.
  
  

  Strong closure
  

  Strong hook-and-loop closure with large flap allows adjustable fit and easy to put on and take off.
  
  

  Positive identification
  

  An ID-label is sewn into the glove for easy personal identification of the glove for safety and hygienic purposes.
  
  

  Certified protection
  

  The glove is certified according to EN 388 and EN 407 standards for resp. mechanical protection and for protection against contact heat.
